Lead the Charge in Electric Mobility

 

Are you a driven sales leader ready to shape the future of sustainable transport in Kenya? eBee Mobility is looking for a Head of Sales to bring structure, energy, and vision to our sales team and grow our presence in Nairobi, Mombasa, and beyond.

 

Your Mission:

Lead a team of passionate sales agents and drive strategic growth of our electric bicycle business. You’ll be central to expanding our B2B client base, optimizing sales operations, and creating lasting partnerships that power a cleaner future.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, coach, and manage a team of 5+ sales agents
  • Build and execute B2B sales strategies across key sectors: transport, tourism, agriculture, and delivery
  • Drive monthly targets of 100 e-bikes, 15 demos, and 5 high-potential business meetings
  • Optimize CRM use, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Champion customer relationships to maintain 90% retention and <15% default rate

 

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in mobility, logistics, or FMCG
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Is data-driven, target-oriented, and experienced with CRM systems
  • Communicates with clarity and impact across all levels
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
